2- For what purposes do we process your personal data?
Develseed collects on this website only the personal data that we request or navigation data for the sole purpose of managing, providing and improving our services.

· To maintain contact between Develseed and the user and to manage queries made by the user through the contact form made available on the website, or through the email address available. Through the contact form, we collect identifying information (name, surname, email, company, etc.) provided by the user, as well as the subject or specific request made. We process this information on the basis of the pre-contractual relationship or the legitimate interest of DevelSeed, in response to the query or request made, and the execution of the pre-contractual relationship in relation to potential investors/founders interested in establishing a contractual relationship with Develseed .
· Ensuring information security: The IT services in charge of managing the website, may collect connection logs and the requested web resource, such as the IP address for the sole purpose of ensuring information security and preventing attacks against the website. We process such information on the basis of DevelSeed's legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the service offered on the website and protecting against misuse or cyber-attacks.
· Sending / Management of commercial communications - Newsletter: Develseed sends commercial communications to the contacts of users with whom Develseed maintains business relationships. We treat such data with the legitimate interest of Develseed in providing information about Develseed and maintaining relationships, always having the option to oppose the sending at any time.
3- Who are the recipients of your data?

In order to be able to deal with your request correctly, it should contain a detailed description of the data or information you wish to access, or specify, as far as possible, what you are requesting.
At DevelSeed, we will consider your request, make a decision and contact you as soon as possible, and always within one (1) month of receiving your request, although this period may be extended for a further two (2) months if necessary.
In case of reasonable doubt about your identity, we may request a copy of your ID card or equivalent official document as a means of verifying your identity. If you provide us with a copy of your identity document, personal details such as name, ID number or address must be visible, other data or details not required may be crossed out. Our use of such information will be strictly limited to verifying your identity, and we will not retain such information for longer than is necessary to fulfill that purpose.

10- Social network and privacy
Develseed makes use of the social network Linkedin. To protect your privacy, our buttons to connect to Linkedin services do not install cookies when our web pages are loaded on your device, nor does it redirect the user directly to Linkedin or other websites.
Each social network has its own privacy policy on how it treats personal data when the user accesses its website. Thus, when the user accesses or consults our profile on Linkedin it will ask for express consent to accept cookies, so the user is recommended to carefully read the information on data protection provided by the provider of the social network.

We inform you that Develseed may modify this policy, in the event that there is any modification in the planned data processing, or in the event of any regulatory change or decision of the Control Authorities, or the Courts that make it necessary to adapt its content to new guidelines or interpretations.
